Have you ever wondered if your home could be silently impacting your health?
In this episode, Cristina shares her powerful story about how a hidden mold issue in her family’s home led to severe health challenges, particularly for her daughter, who was misdiagnosed with autism. This experience inspired Cristina to start Conscious Healthy Home, where she helps others avoid similar situations by empowering them to make informed decisions about their living environments.
We talk about the importance of being your own advocate, making choices that align with your health and happiness, and how Cristina and her husband found strength in each other during this challenging time. Cristina also offers practical advice on building and maintaining a healthy home.
