Mic Drop Moments:

"We're all about collaboration over competition. If you're a client and need help, we want you to get the help you need, even if it means referring you to someone else."

"Trust your gut. If you feel you need a spiritual healer, therapist, or coach, you're probably being guided to the right person."

"The relationship between the therapist and the client has a huge impact on the efficacy of therapy, more than the education or experience of the therapist."

"It's crucial to find the person that resonates with you, whether it's a therapist, coach, or consultant. If you're not clicking, it's best to find someone else."

"In therapy, I always ask my clients: how will you be different when you no longer need to come here? We break this down into small, measurable goals."

"In coaching, we focus on the present moment and future goals. If you're dealing with something like PTSD, that's where therapy is crucial."

"Coaching is a forward-based practice, focusing on where we are now and where we want to go, while therapy often addresses past trauma."

"Finding the right expert is essential. Word of mouth is powerful because it comes from people who have experienced the value firsthand."

"If you're not getting the value you expected, have a conversation with your service provider. If things don't improve, don't hesitate to move on to someone else."

"People pay us to compress their time. They want to achieve their goals faster with our guidance and expertise."
