1. Introduction These Terms and Conditions (“Agreement”) are entered into by and between Vixen Gathering (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) and you (“User” or “you”). This Agreement sets forth the general terms and conditions of your use of the Vixen Gathering website and any of its products or services (collectively, “Website” or “Services”).

2. Eligibility You must be at least 18 years of age to use this Website. By using this Website, you represent and warrant that you have the legal capacity to enter into this Agreement.

3. Accounts and Membership To access certain features of the Website, you may be required to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information, including your password, and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Fees and Payments

All fees for memberships, coaching services, and digital products are as stated on the Website. Payments must be made in full at the time of purchase unless otherwise specified. We reserve the right to change our fees at any time.

For the Vixen Founders Collective Cashflow-Friendly Vixen Payment Plan, a $1200 deposit is required. All memberships come with a 30-day refund guarantee. If you decide to cancel within the first 30 days, you may request a refund of your initial deposit. After the first 30 days, no cancellations or refunds will be offered. You will be obligated to pay the full $3600 membership fee. The remaining balance of $2400 will be billed as six (6) monthly payments of $400.

5. Refund Policy

• Memberships: We offer a 30-day refund policy on all membership purchases. To request a refund, please contact us at team@vixengathering.com within 30 days of your purchase date.
• Coaching Services: No refunds are offered for coaching services already rendered. For any concerns, please reach out to us.
• Digital Products: All sales of digital products are final. No refunds or exchanges will be provided. For assistance, please contact us.

6. User Conduct You agree not to use the Website for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could harm, disable, overburden, or impair the Website. You also agree not to attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Website, other accounts, computer systems, or networks connected to the Website.

7.
