For the Vixen Founders Collective, a 3-month minimum is required. All memberships come with a 30-day refund guarantee. If you decide to cancel within the first 30 days, you may request a refund of your first month’s payment. After the first 30 days, no cancellations or refunds will be offered. You will be obligated to pay 3 month’s worth of your membership fee.
5. Refund Policy
- Memberships: We offer a 30-day refund policy on all membership purchases. To request a refund, please contact us at team@vixengathering.com within 30 days of your purchase date.
- Coaching Services: No refunds are offered for coaching services already rendered. For any concerns, please reach out to us.
- Digital Products: All sales of digital products are final. No refunds or exchanges will be provided. For assistance, please contact us.
6. User Conduct You agree not to use the Website for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could harm, disable, overburden, or impair the Website.
