Who Are Kimberly Charity & Whitney Schneider?
Kimberly Charity is a former corporate real estate researcher turned online fitness coach after the age of 40. Finding a career to help others, while being able to be involved in her kids’ lives, became her focus after many years pursuing degrees.
Whitney Schneider was was an athlete in high school and due to a knee injury my senior year I spent a lot of time in physical therapy. I greatly enjoyed my time in rehab and believed that was the path I wanted to pursue. After some time in college pursuing a degree in Physical Therapy I decided it just wasn’t what I wanted. During this time I had become a personal trainer at the KU Ambler Student Recreation Center and obtained an internship with KU Strength and Conditioning.
This is when I really fell in love with strength training and coaching. I’ve always enjoyed helping others achieve their goals and this career path has allowed me to do just that. It’s a pleasure to work alongside my husband as we build a community focused on health and fitness. And it brings me great joy to coach such hard working individuals dedicated to those same goals. We are extremely proud to own and operate our business in Lawrence, Kansas
